Lorenzo Dominick Masi is President/CEO of ARC Risk and Compliance, a specialized consulting company that focuses on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and the technology used to support compliance programs. With more than twenty years’ experience in AML technology and compliance, including system implementation, relationship management, and multiple AML consulting services. Lorenzo has been a major player in the AML industry providing institutions with consulting services in AML, BSA/Transaction Monitoring, OFAC/Sanction Screening, KYC, CDD, and FinCEN 314(a). Lorenzo has been published on AML-ology for his solution-based articles on False Positive Tuning, Transaction Monitoring Software, and Implementation of AML Software.
As President/CEO, Lorenzo’s vision and leadership has made ARC Risk and Compliance a successful AML consultancy within the financial community in the past decade. Three key components of his success are the importance of high-quality customer services, strong principals such as integrity and honesty, and high expectations of each and every employee. He believes that having a winning staff and providing a great customer experience is the formula to having a successful business.
Lorenzo built the company on the philosophy of business beneficence, which is to genuinely guide the community as a whole to achieving optimal AML compliance. He believes in empowering our clients with the tools and resources needed to achieve optimal AML compliance in regard to their AML compliance program through our in-depth consulting services. By his leadership in the AML community, Lorenzo aim is to inspire top-level AML compliance by building a community of AML professionals to push and learn from each other.

Frank Masi, Ph.D.
Chief Financial Officer
Frank has more than 35 years of business and technical experience and has a doctorate in business leadership and organizational management from Capella University. Frank has worked in the anti-money laundering regulatory environment and provided consultant work in the financial industry for almost 20 years. He, also, has provided institutions with enterprise level regulatory software solutions and consulting services in BSA, AML, KYC, P.A.T.R.I.O.T Act, and OFAC.
Frank has experience working with and managing AML Premier and AML Enterprise (Prime Compliance Suite) suite of products. He, also, has experience with multiple AML related services including model validations, software tuning, testing, threshold analysis, software implementation, and project management.
Frank is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Consultant for ARC Risk and Compliance, and supports consulting services. Frank continues to manage and provide in depth consulting services in AML/BSA, OFAC, KYC, and other regulatory services. Frank is an adjunct professor at University of Phoenix teaching Corporate Audit and Governance and Corporate Risk Management. He also teaches the BSA/AML CCRP certification at PACE University.
Frank is published on AML-ology for his multiple articles on “Model Validations: the Definition, the Origin and Why You Should Be Doing One”, “Compliance Testing”, and “Compliance Monitoring”. He has presented multiple webinars on AML Model Validations and Managing AML Risk.
Frank is part of Association of International Auditors (AIBA) and ACAMS Norther New Jersey Chapter. Frank has multiple speaking engagements including: AIBA and speaking about compliance monitors and the role they play in financial institutions, NJ Bankers Association Compliance University speaking about AML Model Validations: A Critical need in the New Regulatory Environment, Certified Compliance and Regulatory Professional (CCRP) Program at Pace University, and speaking about AML Model Validations at AIBA, ACAMS Northern New Jersey, MidTown Regulatory Group.

Chief Operating Officer
Kelly Torrence serves as our Chief Operating Officer and has over 20 years of IT leadership experience with a consistent track record of driving increased levels of productivity, profits and internal/external customer satisfaction. He is recognized for his technology experience in designing and implementing technical solutions that reduce TCO and deliver a strong ROI.
In previous roles, Kelly managed, developed, and implemented technology solutions across various industry verticals including healthcare, financial, manufacturing, retail, and legal. Recently, Kelly has developed, from concept to commercialization, an Artificial Intelligence and Data Science based solution for top global banks that utilized complex algorithms to identify, mitigate and report AML and Fraud risk. He has developed other solutions to include: implementation of Electronic Health Records (HER) systems; large scale network (voice and data) reengineering projects for global companies; product development and management for an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) company, and process re-engineering for delivery of products and services for a consumer technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
Kelly is published on AML-ology for his article on “Robotic Process Automation in AML”. Kelly was a moderator on the AI Panel at Connecticut ACAMS One-Day Conference and a Moderator at AIBACP Quarterly Meeting for Future Proofing Your Staff. He was also a panelist at AML CFT Finance Conference. Kelly also participated in the Greater Philadelphia ACAMS Chapter One-Day Conference on AI and AML.
Kelly has participated in capital raising for several companies, served on the Board of Directors for Philadelphia area non-profits, and is a U.S. Army veteran. Over the course of multiple deployments, he worked as a Member of the Military Police and as an Investigator for the US Army Criminal Investigation Division.

Rochelle Castagna is the Vice President of Marketing at ARC Risk and Compliance. With nearly 15 years’ experience in marketing, public relations, and event planning, she delivers her expertise to industry related associations and chapters, business-to-business companies, and business-to-consumer companies. She is responsible for the branding, marketing, and public relations for ARC Risk and Compliance and AML-ology. Rochelle is excited to be a part of developing, growing, and maintaining ARC Risk and Compliance’s image and brand.
Rochelle serves on the executive board of the Greater Philadelphia ACAMS Chapter and is an active member of the ACAMS New York Chapter, ACAMS Northern New Jersey Chapter, and the Association of International Bank Auditors and Compliance Professionals (AIBACP). She is a graduate of Waynesburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Science/Political Science. She also received a Master’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Capella University.
